🎄✨ Holiday Preparations at Wise Owl Montessori ✨🎄
The festive season has brought a magical atmosphere to Wise Owl Montessori! Over the past few weeks, our children have been busy with joyful activities that celebrate the holidays, foster creativity, and create lasting memories.
🎶 Music and Cheer
The sound of holiday music has filled our space, creating a warm and cheerful environment. Singing along to festive songs has not only brought smiles but also helped develop language and rhythm skills.
🍪 Baking Polish Gingerbread (Pierniczki)
We embraced tradition by baking Polish gingerbread cookies together. From measuring ingredients to cutting out festive shapes, the children loved the hands-on experience. And, of course, the best part was tasting their delicious creations!
📬 Creating Holiday Cards
Together, we crafted beautiful holiday cards, combining art, creativity, and thoughtfulness. Each child added their personal touch, practicing fine motor skills and expressing their holiday cheer.
🌟 Decorating the Christmas Tree
The highlight of our classroom is a lovely wooden Christmas tree that doubles as a music box. The children carefully hung tiny wooden decorations, an activity that not only added to the festive ambiance but also helped strengthen their fine motor skills and concentration.
